Account Executive – Architectural Interiors

Responsibilities:

  • After reviewing various preliminary drawings and specifications, prepare a cost summary for the entire project, including the costs of labor, equipment, materials, subcontracts, overhead, taxes, insurance, markup, and any other costs that may affect the project. Prepares the bid proposal for submission to the owner.
  • Work closely with Drafting, Project Managers and Purchasing to monitor and ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule
  • Coordinate Kick-off Meetings for projects awarded
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales expectations as agreed upon at time of budget preparation
  • Focus on opportunities that align with necessary plant capacity
  • Assess specific accounts to target with executive management for budgeted year
  • Assess ITB’s and manage the individual capacity to properly service respective accounts
  • Process PCO’s in timely manner with assistance of Estimators
  • Maintain visual white board of all active, pending and future bids
  • Responsible for all communication with accounts to establish positive relationships
  • Develop annual reviews and developmental plans for estimators
  • Identify new opportunities
  • Responsible for A/R collections when necessary
  • Review email blasts & research inconsistencies

 

Work Schedule:

Normal office hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday.
