Requirements:

• 10 years related industry experience:
• 5 years leading teams of more than 10 people
• Bachelors Degree

• Outstanding organizational skills

Ideal Skill Sets:

• Expertise at leveraging technology to simplify the design process
• Knowledge of CAD design software, cost accounting,
• Contract language and blue print interpretation
• Zeal for recruiting, training and developing the design team
• Comfort with creating and delivering presentations to customers
