JBASE / IT Engineer

A full spectrum Software Solution Company and a Managed Services Company, which delivers Enterprise Client-Server/ Multi-tier and Web based solutions across the entire value chain, spanning on-site consulting services to turnkey software projects is seeking an IT Engineer to join it’s team.

We provide IT consulting to major national and local firms, Fortune 1000, software integrator and software development companies.

Job Responsibilities include:

• Accountable for the T24 application performance issues.
• Deliver Performance based solutions.
• Set Standards and Advices in T24 Programming and Performance guidelines.
• Enforce compliance with Standards through Review on any new Development.
• Create MIS reports.
• Involvement in the Design phase of the Projects and Contribute to provide innovative and efficient ways in achieving solutions.
• Constant monitoring the System and report on condition. Communication
• Have strong T24 Application and Technical Knowledge.
• Strong communication skills within a multicultural environment.
• Proactive approach.
• Reliant and an achiever can cope with stress.
• Good Analytical skills and produce Intellectual approach.
• Unix skill is an added advantage.

Excellent Salary and Benefits

Job Experience

• Minimum 5 years IT experience.
• At least 3 years experience in Globus Release G12 – T24
• jBASE 4.0 and 4.1 including administration
• Experience in Globus implementation / Upgrade a plus
• Experience in MIS Reporting / Data Warehousing
• Familiar in various Banking Regulations / Reporting requirements (e.g.
• BASEL II, USGAAP, SOX etc.)
• Experience with RUP and other design methods advantageous
