Senior Water Operations Manager

We are seeking a Senior Water Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities include managing municipal contracts to develop a professional relationship with our clients, and also managing operations to ensure we are in conformance with all requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Management or related field.
• 10+ years management experience in a wastewater, water or public works environment.
• Experience with project implementation and control techniques; compliance issues and public bidding laws.
• Mathematical skills are necessary, including budget and financial skills.
• Ability to obtain appropriate licensing.
• Experience supervising and training personnel; consumer relations, planning and budgetary controls.
• 5+ years experience managing a work force.
• Strong negotiation skills; familiarity with labor negotiations.
• Experience with Contract Management and Client Relations.
• Must be able to multi-task.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office.
