WATER QUALITY PROJECT MANAGER

Water Quality Project Manager

Responsible to lead activities related to water quality solutions in distribution systems including tanks for project such as THM removal systems, biofilm control, disinfection optimization, quality monitoring system and others.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure gross margin objectives accomplishment of the projects under his/her responsibility.
• Manage the entire project life cycle (analyzing customer’s needs and requirements, technical sales, proposal development, service delivery) and ensure the quality and delivery of services provided; manage service permits for projects delivery co-leading relationships with regulators.
• Co-responsible of the sales related to his/her area.
• Responsible of regulatory compliance of the sales opportunities and projects under his/her responsibility.
• Coordinate all the activities developed by the project teams and other areas involved in the projects (sales and operations).
• Collaborate in the identification of improvement needs in tank water quality solutions and in the identification and development of new service offering related to water quality.
• Collaborate in the management of the entire water quality service line life cycle (strategic planning, products and services development, sales and service delivery).
• Collaborate in the know-how & technology transfer from parent companies.

Excellent salary and benefits

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or technical field.
• 4+ years experience project management experience with high involvement in the sales of water quality services to water utilities or industrial customers.
• Experience working for a specialized water industry services company and/or a leading engineering consulting firm.
• Previous experience in operation for a water utility will be a plus.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical and leadership skills.
• Some travel may be required
