Summary: The Case Manager assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the needs of patients for discharge planning and utilization review. Reviews patient procedures and DRG status against criteria for Medicare, Medicaid, and other insurance coverage.

• BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse with minimum 3 years acute clinical experience.
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in hospital based case management preferred.
• National Case Management certification preferred.
• Financial background-understanding of financial reimbursement systems.
• Computer literate.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
