We are currently seeking a CEO for a manufacturer and importer of industrial, and farm vehicles and equipment in Charleston SC area.

Job duties:

  • To determine and formulate policies and provide overall direction of the company within guidelines set by the board of directors; supervise and create departments;
  • Oversee the operations in the United States and Canada including managing logistics (i.e. warehouses, calculating costs, documentation compliance, etc.);
  • Forming sales plans and marketing plans; making new product presentations to key clients; negotiating and entering into contract with U.S. dealers;
  • Appearing at important trade shows in the U.S. and networking with clients; ensuring clients requests are followed and confirmed;
  • Ensuring the quality of products technical descriptions; managing safety;
  • Supervising and ensuring compliance with local and international legal requirements for products;
  • Overseeing the creation and revisions of certifications of products (i.e. OSHA safety certifications);
  • Supervise after-sales tasks such as repairing, troubleshooting and training a U.S. workforce to respond to such requests in the future;
  • Managing company finances; formulating and overseeing company human resources policies;
  • Recruiting, hiring, firing, training and managing employees.


Minimum Job Requirements: Candidates require a master’s degree in engineering or business administration and five years of experience in sales and management.
