Superintendent – Retail/Commercial

We are currently seeking experienced professional Superintendents for retail construction projects throughout the country.

• Accurate and Real Time Field Documentation
• Quality Control, Solutions Based Problem Solving
• Field Coordination & OSI Coordination
• Ability to Drive the Project and Maintain Deadlines
• Productivity Management using Best Practices
• Punch List reduction through Proactive Management
• Close Out Capabilities
• Strong DOB Communication Skills

Qualifications

• The ideal candidates shall have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in retail store or commercial construction, however consideration of past experience in construction supervision will be taken into account.
• 5 years’ experience as a Superintendent
• Demonstrated computer skills
