Project Manager – Heavy Civil

Project Manager Position is available in the Rocky Mountain Region in Colorado. This position is located in Denver, Colorado, but may assist with projects throughout the surrounding states. The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of project management including:

• Estimating
• project control
• scheduling
• quantity tracking
• budgeting/cost control and tracking
• processing submittals
• RFI’s & change orders
• subcontract administration
• owner correspondence and billing
• quality tracking and safety requirements.

Qualifications:

• Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in heavy highway, civil construction projects, engineering, site work, mass earthwork, underground pipe and concrete structures and bridges.
• Possess superior written and verbal communication skills, perform under schedule restraints and be highly detail-oriented.
• Position requires a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Technical or Construction Management.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required and Primavera and AutoCAD skills are desired. Travel required.
