Project Manager – Commercial (Restaurants)

Commercial General Contractor seeking Project Manager with comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of Commercial Construction specifically high end restaurants. Need at least 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager. A proven track record of taking a project from conception to completion utilizing your ability as a team player to accomplish your goals.

Candidate must have the ability to read and fully understand plans, process RFI’s and change orders, subcontractor’s submittals, bid invitations, qualifying subcontractor proposals, prepare weekly reports and ability to make and update construction schedules in Microsoft Project. Have good leadership skills to manage people such as Project Coordinators and Superintendents.

Candidate must have excellent computer and software skills and ability to multitask and work in a very high paced environment. Need to be proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook and have the ability to learn new Construction Management software.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years commercial experience
• A degree from a four-year college in construction management, civil engineering, etc.
• Must have good communication skills to deal with owners, architects, designers and subcontractors.
• Professional dress code required.
