As one of the largest Herman Miller certified network dealers and representing many other office furnishing manufacturers, our experienced staff provides space planning, design, project management services and product solutions to help our clients meet their business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Work with Sales and Management to help execute account opportunity plan strategy and key account activities as assigned
Manage the needs of the client by being responsive to customer needs and requests
Work with design and project managers, as needed, to specify and manage projects
Quote preparation and proposal generation, project management, punch resolution, warranty and demo requests
Utilize resources to provide excellent customer service, creative product solutions and pro-active suggestions that positively impact our clients
Pro-active contact with client to review potential opportunities for growth
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and superior teamwork skills
Strong commitment to excellent customer service
PC skills utilizing MS Office products and other proprietary software
Excellent client communication skills
Ability to manage and engage customers in the selling process
Confident in reaching out to new customers
Ability to cultivate new and existing customer relationships
Knowledge and understanding of the Office Furniture industry
Product knowledge and application
Proven track record of growing sales within an account
Account Management in office furniture or related field
Interior Design with Selling or Account Management experience
