Project Manager – Biohazard Clean-Up

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to lead our production activities in the field. They perform a variety of tasks, monitors and inspects tasks for commercial and residential cleaning jobs to ensure completion activities, prepares/reviews documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures, explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers, supervise techs assigned to the job. You will need not only your excellent technical skills, you must have the necessary Customer Service skills that are necessary to work through difficult situations. While prior experience in the biohazard industry is a benefit, it is not required. Company provides comprehensive training and certification on safety and compliance, biohazard cleanup process and procedure, and customer service.

Main Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and direction to the field crime scene cleanup team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
• will work hand-in-hand with the team to clean up after situations like suicides, homicides, unattended deaths, or accidents
• He/she will lead all on-site customer interactions, estimate the project scope, get agreement from the customer to proceed
• Project Manage the cleanup & Document and process required paperwork
• Responsible for Coordinating logistics and travel for the team
• Responsible for On-going training of process and procedure and safety compliance
• Inventory management

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Strong Communication skills
• Competency in project management, organization, attention to detail and time management
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Previous Supervisory experience preferred
• Background in construction, demolition, restoration, or experience using hand or power tools preferred
• 2+ years of successful technical service or field sales support experience
• Prior experience that demonstrates a strong work ethic and ability to multi-task
