Commercial Sr. PM – San Francisco, CA

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to further nurture our clients,
execute on projects, develop a team, and develop new commercial business.

Your challenges and success are as follows:

Obstacles

· Identifying qualified candidates, recruiting and hiring team members committed to the Client Way – This is a continuous process

· Challenging and competitive Bay Area construction environment

Action

· Build on the client base with both existing clients and new facilities

· Utilize existing Client team to build upon existing client relationships

· Contribute to the ongoing development of the business plan to manage and grow the Commercial construction division

· Recruit, hire and train top talent within the industry

· Mesh team functions with overall Client operations

· Augment and build upon existing risk management processes

· Participate in strategic planning and growth of Client

Minimum Requirements

· Strong identity with The Client Way

· Recent experience in Commercial construction including but not limited to tenant

improvement, capital improvement, light industrial, or retail

· 10+ years experience in construction and managing and developing successful project managers/engineers

· Four-year college degree required in construction management or engineering

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and MS Project scheduling software

· Experience with Procore and Sage Timberline software is a plus
