Job Overview:
Identifies and manages client accounts and business opportunities to maximize market share, profitability, competitive advantage and capacity utilization. Identifies opportunities, pursues them, and acquires new accounts. Establishes and maintains productive relationships with clients. Provides a valuable service to the customer by communicating the customer’s needs and being our customer’s advocate.
Primary Responsibilities:
Work with all sales personnel Project Managers, Accounting, and Installation to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Develop new client relationships through referrals and networking.
Reviews and proofs orders for basic information (ship to, bill to, contract number, etc.) accuracy and completeness.
Create Status reports and communicate to sales on a weekly basis all order status, punch list resolution and scheduling of shipping, delivery and installation.
Prepares work order packet with clear scope of work and delivers to operations
Maintains master sales order and work order files for all assigned orders insuring file is complete and up-to date
Invoices for all product and service work for assigned sales orders; verifies invoice amounts and balance to customers are accurate.
Salary Commensurate with Experience.
Skills and Knowledge Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent in education and experience.
Contract Furniture Industry Knowledge
Ability to determine pricing and discounting.
Ability to keep clients happy, people skills a necessity.
Knowledgeable regarding multiple company vendors
