E-DISCOVERY PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Seeking an e-Discovery Project Manager with substantive knowledge across several e-Discovery service lines. The Project Managers are fortunate to manage projects across varied service lines including: Forensics and collections, ESI projects, Litigation Readiness and Data Analytics. The role of the manager is to work closely with Directors and Executive Directors to help develop and maintain Project Management standards as well as execute those projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. The Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

This dynamic position works as part of a collaborative team managing the following:

• Communication between client and internal operations
• Supervision of project documentation and records; adherence to project timelines, minimizing delays and issues
• Analysis of industry technology trends to incorporate proven technologies into practice
• Supervision of consultants and associates to ensure high quality of work on project documentation and records
• Appropriate resource allocation per project and the successful ushering of projects through all service lines (Collection, Processing, Hosting, Forensic Analysis and Consulting).
• Experience with eDiscovery technology tools such as IPRO suite, LAW 5.0, MS Access, SQL database systems, Concordance, Summation, Ringtail, Attenex, Relativity, Catalyst,

Qualifications:

• 5 years of e-Discovery experience with at least 2 years of formal project management within the industry.
• Exposure to all aspects including, but not limited to, litigation readiness, data identification/collection, processing, hosting and document review technologies.
• PMP is preferred (Project Management Professional certification)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills and be able to manage projects efficiently using strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
