SR. CORPORATE MASTER BLACK BELT

This company is an industry leader, profitable, stable, and has top down support for Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement. As a Sr. Six Sigma Master Black Belt you will play a key role for the company, and work with senior company leaders in maintaining the CI program, as well as drive sustainable cost reduction initiatives. The ideal candidate will have mastery of Six Sigma or Lean Sigma tools, have high level communication skills, and have “runway” to be Sr. Leader / Director for the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing project portfolio
• Complete Master Black Belt projects
• Provide presentation / status updates to leadership team on CI Program / Projects
• Work cross-functionally
• Coach & Mentor Six Sigma Black Belts & Green Belts, as well as their projects
• Serve as a Change Agent and influence key site leaders
• Assist in delivering training or developing curriculum

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS / Engineering degree or technical degree
• Certification as Six Sigma Master Black Belt (internal or external) or MBB trained with relevant experience
• Lean Manufacturing training is highly desired
• Advanced Statistics, Project Management or Train-the-Trainer desired
• Proven experience Coaching and Mentoring yellow Belts, Green Belts, and Black Belts
• Ability to lead high level Master Black Belt projects
• Experience developing and monitoring Six Sigma project portfolio across corporate and manufacturing sites.
• Experience delivering Six Sigma or Lean Sigma training
• Proven ability to obtain results / project savings
• Ability to lead others
• Team Player
• Results Oriented
