DIVISION LEAN DEPLOYMENT LEADER

Division Lean Deployment Leader / Lean Master

As the Lean Deployment Leader and Lean Master for the division you will play a key role as a change agent, transforming and coaching across all levels of the organization. The ideal candidate will be well trained in Lean Manufacturing techniques, and have hands-on experience deploying lean at the site, group or organizational level, to include administrative departments. The ideal candidate will also have a proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and developing lean thinking.

• Work with key leaders on strategic lean initiatives!
• Serve as a Change Agent!
• Develop / transform the culture to think continuous improvement.
• Implement Lean Strategy
• Coaching, mentor and teach lean techniques
• Serve as facilitator for Kaizen Events and lean initiatives

Requirements

• Certified Lean Master / Lean Practitioner / Lean Expert is REQUIRED
• Formal Training or certification as a Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt or Master Black Belt is a big plus!
• Strong ability to motivate and influence others!
• Bachelor’s Degree: Engineering preferred, but non-technical degree with reputable training and work experience is acceptable.
• 7-10 years of Lean Manufacturing experience with both tactical and strategic experience in shop floor or supply chain and business office.
• Developing & implementing organizational strategy
• Successful track record of developing organizational strategy and deploying lean in factory and/or supply chain (distribution centers, corporate, etc.), and administrative / business office areas.
• Proficiency with most or all of the Lean Tools:
  Examples of some – 5S, 7 Forms of Muda, Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, Problem Solving, Poka-yoke, SMED, Standardized Work, TPM, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills!
• Ability to work with all levels of the organization and cross-functionally!
