This candidate will be responsible for bringing new structures to market launch; from initial concepts, preparation of marketing requirements, establishing value proposition, prototyping and testing. Will work with computer simulation as well as hands-on for prototypes and testing.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Selecting team personal.
Establish Market Requirements and model concepts to demonstrate design performance.
Build prototypes to validate new concepts.
Collaborate with 3rd parties when needed to develop new structures with high value propositions.
Mentor junior engineers.

Must have and four year engineering degree.
Must have 5-10 years industry experience.
Must have experience with design/analysis of structures under mechanical, thermal and wind loads and the ability to build prototypes based on 3-D models.
Must have an understanding of code requirements.
Must have competency in Office, Project, Visio, and SolidWorks.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask.
Must be a team-player.
Must be able to travel as needed.
