A large and diversified communication and document service company, is seeking a Director of Sales for its Southern California location. We are the worldwide leader in Financial and Legal Services.
Our ideal candidate will:
Understand the financial services and legal environments where the emphasis has been on customer service and the application of technology for document management and creation.
Have knowledge of Electronic Discovery, Court Reporting, Litigation Support and Document Management.
Have a demonstrated ability to develop sales teams by mentoring, building relationships and articulating clear expectations and goals.
Have supervised 6 to 12 reports in the past.
Drive revenue by setting goals and holding team accountable to reach them.
Ability to build market and client sales plans and strategies to sell all our products and services and effectively communicate sales strategy to team.
Ability to communicate at all levels equally to customers, subordinates and management.
Ability to be flexible in the everyday working environment.
Qualifications:
Position requires outstanding interpersonal skills, presentation and communications skills, competitive drive and superior organizational skills.
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of business experience in related field preferred.
Experience:
Previous sales, business development or customer service experience required.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
Ability to make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation skills and telephone sales skills.
Ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships and appropriate rapport with all levels within client organizations, associates, and internal colleagues and management.
Able to prioritize tasks to meet individual and business goals.
Basic Computer skills.
