Construction Senior Superintendent

Requirements:

• Provides leadership to cause the creation of organizational structure and processes required to fully execute the requirements of services and is responsible for the execution of the work, quality, subcontractor performance, and construction cost.
• Evaluates execution for compliance to contract, design data, schedule, cost budgets, and quality, advising the project team of status, issues, impacts, risk, and cost influence factors on “to go” scope.
• Monitors the implementation of safety orientations, safety indoctrinations, provides coaching for improvement.
• Monitors crews for organizational structure, sizing, crew mix ratios, and wage compliance.
• Reviews and monitors cost and man-hour budget for installation process and develops a staff, facilities, equipment, and tool requirement plan.
• Assists the project team by providing input to identify key success factors, timing of design and procurement deliverables, and establishing common work breakdown structures.

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in commercial construction and tenant improvements is desired.
• Thorough working knowledge of wood, steel and/or concrete frame commercial construction as related to all disciplines and phases of construction.
• Must be an efficient, organized, multi-tasking and positive minded team player.
• Working knowledge of computer programs including: Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project, & project management systems such as CMiC or Viewpoint, Bluebeam
