Health Care Associate Attorney

Summary:

Seeking a regulatory and/or corporate associate with 3-5 years of legal experience in a transactional setting. Candidates must have a strong interest in health-related transactional matters, health care fraud and abuse and regulatory compliance. Excellent academic credentials, writing skills, and a strong desire to work in a team-oriented collegial environment are required.

• Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the state of New York.
• Qualified candidates must have relevant healthcare regulatory experience
• Prior experience with hospitals, medical organizations and health care companies
• Managed care plans
• Medicare and Medicaid
• Federal and state healthcare regulatory issues
• Reimbursement issues
• Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, the False Claims Act, HIPAA
