PIF- PRIVATE INVESTMENT FUNDS

PIF – Private Investment Funds midlevel associates to join a premier private investment funds practice:

• Focus on formation of hedge funds, including, fund-of-funds, single limited partner funds and similarly structured open ended vehicles and accounts. (would consider reviewing resumes of candidates with an “interest” in the formation of hedge funds)
• Focus on formation of private equity funds, including, fund-of-funds, single limited partner funds and similarly structured open ended vehicles and accounts.

MUST BE AN ATTORNEY

Experience in drafting and negotiating principal fund offering and closing documents, including offering memoranda, partnership agreements, advisory agreements, subscription documentation, side letters and general partner arrangements. Candidates also should have a working knowledge of related regulatory frameworks. Seeking highly-motivated, hard-working team player to join a dynamic and growing team. Excellent drafting skills a must.
