Project Manager is responsible for jobsite documentation, management of subcontractors, assisting superintendent and project manager, scheduling work, and other project-related tasks, as needed. Project Manager will also be required to assist upper management, as needed, with tasks related to other projects or warranty items on existing buildings.
Extreme coordination is required between all subcontractors, building management, ownership and tenants. Documentation, notifications, RFI’s and submittals are fast paced. Patience, knowledge, creative solutions, communication skills and follow through required.
Requirements:
BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience in heavy civil construction.
Minimum of five (5) years experience in roads/bridges.
Experience in guardrails/handrails a plus.
Computer Skills Required:
Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet software, scheduling software,
and Procore.
