Responsibilities:
Work with the project team to deliver superior quality projects, on time and on budget
Represent the company in a professional manner
Look after the best interest of our clients
Work with building/planning/permitting agencies
Project buyout
Build and update master project schedule using MS Project
Maintain/update budget and production reports
Manage RFI, submittal, change order processes
Review and approve sub/supplier bills
Attend and record weekly OAC meetings
Manage closeout/commissioning process
Qualifications
Five or more years’ relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
Proven history of successfully completed commercial projects
Knowledge of estimating and engineering principles and techniques
Ability to understand contract documents, read drawings and evaluate specifications
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, Procore, Sage PM, Bluebeam.
AutoCAD, Revit, BIM experience is a plus.
Current driver’s license
