Project Manager – Industrial/ Commercial

Building energy efficient buildings and utilizing cutting-edge technology, which helps to control the temperature in buildings. Involved in all types of construction, including wood-frame, cast in place, concrete tilt-up, masonry, in addition to steel structuring. Offering services in the areas of  demolition, concrete formwork, carpentry and steel erection.

Concrete and Carpentry Project Management Experience in Commercial/Industrial Construction. Here are some of the responsibilities for a Project Manager:

• Overseeing multiple projects at various stages
• Overseeing projects from pre-construction to completion
• Manage the bid process and analyze blueprints/specifications
• Review proposals/project requirements and obtain required permits
• Coordinate materials for use, and create and share status updates
• Keep complete records and on-site job walk-throughs
• Pay application, support, and close-out documents
