Project Manager/Superintendent – Garden Style Offices/Multifamily

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to guide the team from design through decision-making and construction in the Oklahoma City, OK area. This person will be working through the certification process on residential multifamily construction projects, as well as diligently maintaining knowledge in regard to building science principles, energy code and water efficiency, and maintaining job-related certifications.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills PMs are expected to communicate effectively with developers, design teams, general contractors, trades in the field and building management staff, as well as municipal officials.
• Must be able to multi-task, be detail oriented, be self-motivated, use time efficiently and must possess strong organizational skills.
• Candidates are expected to attend design meetings, perform accurate plan reviews, and communicate protocol requirements effectively to design teams
• Candidates will be trained for and be expected to become proficient and knowledgeable for delivering inspection and testing services as a core strength of our delivery of quality services. This skill is also central to understanding the current protocol and the future direction of energy efficient and green building … so, it is an essential part of long term success.
• Besides coordinating and communicating with teams of people, each Project Manager will be expected to manage approximately 20 projects under various phases of design, planning, construction, inspection and testing and coordinate with various teams during design and on site.
• PM will supervise and oversee complex residential multi-story construction involving mixed use components, site and material oversight, for residential buildings ranging from 2-30+ stories.
• Candidates should be self motivated and self directed (with input/sharing from others).
• Ability to speak publicly or present in small groups is a plus.

Requirements

• Experience on metal builds, garden style offices, or multifamily/mixed-use
• A not required, but a plus
• Experience as both a Superintendent and a PM
• Must have good software skills and know Microsoft Suite
