The Sales Coordinator provides primary support to the project team by assisting in the
preparation and execution of furniture sales (proposals, bids, pricing and specifications).

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist Account Manager by requesting pricing from vendors along with lead-times,
and any pertinent order information
• Order or request finish samples
• Request and coordinate furniture demos
• Assist Account Manager with Project Information Forms (PIF) on existing clients.
• Confirm quantities, sizes and configurations of furniture corresponding with
floorplans
• Attend construction and client meetings when needed
• Schedule meetings/calendar events for Account Manager
• Check product specifications against catalog numbers and descriptions for
accuracy
• Check current production schedules/leadtimes of product
• Coordinate/schedule receiving, delivery and installation of orders
• Supervise deliveries and installations when requested
• Attend drafting of punch list when requested
• Handle all aspects of the Project Team duties when team members are out of the
office
• Create and implement new ideas to help the company run more efficiently
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE & POSITION
This position is a non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Account Management.
Sales Coordinator does not have direct reports.
