Superintendent – K-12

We are currently seeking superintendents to oversee construction job sites with an emphasis on building/renovating schools. Essential duties of the position and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for planning, implementing and supervising all construction related work on project.
• Responsible for timely and successful project completion.
• Responsible for project quality control and client satisfaction.
• Responsible for adherence to project specifications and construction documents.
• Ensures all employees, subcontractors and visitors adhere to safety policies.
• Develop and update weekly 3-week look ahead schedule.
• Represent our company in a professional manner.
• The superintendent will work closely and effectively communicate with the project engineer and project manager in order to achieve project goals in a timely manner.
• Responsible for all field activities.
• Schedule and supervise subcontractor trades, schedule and coordinate client vendors and all required inspections.

Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work with diverse personalities.
• Able to listen and follow detailed direction and instruction.
• Able to read and follow complex construction drawings and specifications.
• Ability to identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Available to work night and weekends as required by project.

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Basic computer skills
• Knowledge of PROCORE (preferred)
