The Warranty Coordinator team member tasks will include but not limited to:
Strong communication skills with vendors, dealers, and end customers.
Schedule warranty claims with Service Technicians, track job status, and updated consumer.
Collecting data from technicians, tracking parts, and assessing warranty limitations.
Evaluate, record, and maintain multiple warranty claims daily.
Address any concerns relating to the warranty contracts.

Applicants must be experienced in handling mechanical questions and processing warranties, proficient in Microsoft Office 365, customer service and work independently with little supervision.

Job will include (and is not limited) to these essential functions:
omply with State and Federal regulations, company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Processes warranty claims and assists customers through the entire claims process.
Providing first class service to our dealers, end users, and to the factory.
Plan and coordinate repairs through our dealer network and private technicians where dealers are out of reach.
Preform all aspects of parts distribution nationwide to dealers and end users
Nationwide traveling will be required when necessary.
Maintain and update customer and vendor information.
Organizing and filling warranty invoices, field service reports and maintaining control of all service documentation.
