Project Administration Asst.

Job Duties include:

  • Support the Group President, Group Executive and the needs of the Group.
  • Keep contacts updated for Group President/Group Executive and Project Managers.
  • Ensure that Cash Flow Reports and Agings are distributed to Group President, Group Executive, and Project Managers.
  • Establish, organize and maintain files, records and database (i.e., schedule, management reports).
  • Assist with financial operations: review, prepare, and monitor contract documents; compile data for budgets and personal expense reconciliation’s, etc.
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas and reserve facilities.
  • Compose, type, format and edit internal and external correspondence, including agreements and proposals.
  • Prepare/sort outgoing/incoming mail, faxes, email and FedEx.
  • Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
  • Perform other general office duties and special projects as required.

Salary based on experience.

  • 1+ years experience in Construction or Engineering field a plus.
  • Candidates should have strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, and be detail oriented.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
