Testing and programming control systems and digital signal audio processors
Leading projects through final adjustment and commissioning of installed systems.
Following directions as well as equipment lists, floor plans, rack and console elevations.
Ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures are followed during installation.
Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.
Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintains customer confidence by keeping project information confidential.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
Qualifications:
Above average capacity analyzing information and problem solving
Knowledge of commercial AudioVisual industry and products
Proficiency in use of desktop software
Professional conduct and appearance
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of an organization
Maturity to work with little or no supervision and establish priorities
Above average planning, organizational and time management skills
Commitment to safety in all work practices
Adherence to all company policies and rules
Ability to foster a team spirit and cooperative attitude towards coworkers
