CONTRACT ANALYST

Contract Analyst

Seeking a contract analyst for its Contract Review Department to handle the group’s documentation and manage its counterparty relationships.

Responsibilities include:

• reviewing, negotiating, and maintaining trading, data, software licensing,confidentiality, non-disclosure, and other agreements
• reviewing trade confirmations
• providing support documents for counterparties supporting trading and operations
• identifying and implementing regulatory issues
• coordinating the establishment of new businesses.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have superior organizational and analytical ability; proven editing, proofreading, and project-management skills; and obsessive concern for detail.

Candidates should have a first-rate academic background, 2-5 years of relevant legal experience, and some knowledge of financial markets and products.
