Contract Coordinator

Coordinate contracts, order bonds and insurance, pay requests and all aspects for the entire contracting process.


  • Order and process of Specifications
  • Pre-qualification packets for potential bids
  • Typing bid bond, filling in bid estimates, executing signature, corporate seals, gathering paperwork, and addendums all for bid packages.
  • Awarded projects contract preparation.
  • Order performance and payment bonds, insurance.
  • Use of Oracle software.
  • Processing of LD’s and AIA’s
  • Other duties assigned
  • Proficient in basic Microsoft Office Software
  • Can be efficient and effective when more than one project is on the table.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills with vendors, customers, government agencies.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communications skills.
