Director of Marketing and Product Management

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Marketing development
  • Operational Marketing definition & implementation
  • Branding strategy and implementation
  • Communication strategy and implementation
  • Marketing, branding and communication budget management.
  • Delivery of all activities within agreed budget.
  • Define and implement marketing plan activities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy.
  • Conduct market research for product definition and capture competitive intelligence.
  • Implement Customer Relationship strategy (CRM & Customer Intelligence)
  • Customer segmentation and market intelligence analysis
  • Manage external and internal communication actions and media for trade shows, publications, direct mail, web broadcast etc.
  • Manage the relationship with stakeholders
  • Support to Product Managers in management of the relationships with regulators and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing-related field
  • 5 – 7 years experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining market strategies with strong technical marketing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Self-motivation/drive
  • Innovativeness with collaborative spirit
  • Some knowledge of the water industry and industry events
  • Some knowledge of industry stakeholders, networking regulators and associations
  • Experience in launching new products and market research
  • Excellent convincing abilities
  • Spanish language a plus
  • Availability to travel
