Investor Relations Legal Affairs Specialist

Seeking a Legal Affairs Specialist for its Investor Relations group to facilitate the development and marketing of the firm’s investment products.

Responsibilities will include:

• drafting, editing,, and reviewing investor communications, marketing documents, and legal documentation
• researching business development issues in conjunction with senior members of the firm’s legal, tax, and compliance groups
• helping to ensure the firm’s compliance with certain legal and regulatory requirements.

• proven project-management skills’ extreme attention to detail
• desire to excel in a dynamic work environment.

No previous investor relations experience is required, but a J.D. or background in law or finance is a strong plus.

Candidates should have a first-rate undergraduate academic background and at least 5 years’ work experience or an equally first-rate advanced degree and at least 2 years’ work experience.
