LEAN SIX SIGMA BLACK BELT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in developing project portfolio
• Lead Six Sigma Black Belt projects, and obtain key savings / results for plant or corporate
• Work cross-functionally
• Coach & Mentor Six Sigma Green Belts, as well as engineer’s, site leadership, and Jr. Black Belts
• Serve as a Change Agent and influence key site leaders

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS / Engineering degree or technical degree
• Six Sigma training required (Green Belt or Black Belt)
• Certification as Six Sigma Black Belt (internal or external) desired
• Lean Manufacturing training a plus
• Proven ability to obtain results / project savings
• Ability to lead others
• Team Player
• Results Oriented
