Provider to all facets of the marine industry including vessel owners, agents, terminals, ship repair yards and barge operators. Communicate with USCG, industry regulatory groups and affiliates.
Responsibilities:
Prepare proposals, follow up with customers, schedule jobs, and track billing of customers accounts
Coordinate effectively across all departments within the company
Learn the different aspects of the company business model
Project management skills that provide timely, cost effective operations
Maintain sales activity records and reports through daily use of CRM tool
Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
Follow up on sales activities
Respond to target customer requests in a timely fashion by phone, email or in person
Manage the relationship between the company and our customers
Work cooperatively in a team environment
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education/Certification:
College Degree – Minimum 3 years in Marine Industry
Special Knowledge/Skills:
Proficient knowledge skills in Microsoft Office Applications Software
Proficient skills in the use of audio-visual equipment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Effective public relations skills
System knowledge
