GENERAL SUMMARY: Project Manager for multi-family and residential construction. Manage bidding, contracting, contracts, insurance requirements, track budgets, purchasing, schedules, lead times, meeting minutes. Interface with subcontractors, consultants, owners and responsible for project administration required for assigned projects. Meet with clients to ensure smooth and timely project completion. Manage 2-3 projects at a time as appropriate.
Required Skillsets: Strong Computer skills required. Minimum Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Email. Project Management experience in multi family or commercial construction.
