Support the Group President, Group Executive and the needs of the Group.
Keep contacts updated for Group President/Group Executive and Project Managers.
Ensure that Cash Flow Reports and Agings are distributed to Group President, Group Executive, and Project Managers.
Establish, organize and maintain files, records and database (i.e., schedule, management reports).
Assist with financial operations: review, prepare, and monitor contract documents; compile data for budgets and personal expense reconciliation’s, etc.
Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas and reserve facilities.
Compose, type, format and edit internal and external correspondence, including agreements and proposals.
Prepare/sort outgoing/incoming mail, faxes, email and FedEx.
Order and maintain supplies and arrange for equipment maintenance.
Perform other general office duties and special projects as required.
Salary based on experience.
1+ years experience in Construction or Engineering field a plus.
Candidates should have strong Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks, and be detail oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
