The Reconstruction Project Manager will be in charge of scheduling and tracking multiple projects.
-Managing subcontractors, vendors, and employee tradesmen.
-Be involved with planning and coordination of the starts of jobs and will be expected to adjust work schedules to minimize delays
-Regularly meet and communicate with customers, employees, and trade partners.
-Work on projects that will consist of residential, commercial, and industrial.
-Recruit qualified tradesmen and assign them to jobs.
-Follow up with the team to make sure that the work is being done correctly, timely, and within the budget.
-Handle workmanship and warranty issues as soon as they arise.
-Experience in Xactimate
-Sense of ownership of each job and a sense of urgency to complete them.
-Must have strong management and people skills
-Must be detail-oriented, able to work within a budget, and know what quality work looks like.
-Minimum of 5 years construction supervision experience
-Homebuilding and/ or remodeling and commercial construction experience a huge plus
-Must be able to bend, sit, stand, lift at least 50 pounds.
-Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
