Project Manager- Commercial Cabinets

Primary Responsibilities of the Project Manager are:

  • Work with Clients/General Contractors/Subcontractors to effectively manage job progress
  • Manage job workflow to ensure timely fabrication, installation and close out of project
  • Coordinate all job aspects with Client/Contractors/Vendors as needed
  • Process all job file documentation including RFI’s, Change Orders and Pay Applications
  • Schedule workflow to ensure job is executed accurately and on time
  • Schedule permit inspections
  • Issue job related Work Orders and Purchase Orders
  • Review and interpret blue prints
  • Plan for and meet deadlines
  • Eye for accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to follow instructions, prints and details specifically
  • Excellent mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
  • Effectively work well with others as part of a team
  • Accurately work within all company guidelines, procedures and policies
  • Understanding of general construction terminology and processes
  • Professional communication and appearance

Qualified Applicants will Possess:

  • Experience in commercial and residential cabinetry
  • 5+ years experience in construction related workflow and process
  • Ability to effectively fulfill all responsibilities listed above
  • Experience in Microsoft Office software and Outlook
  • Excellent follow through and ability to achieve results
  • Excellent customer service
  • Professionalism and confidence in all aspects of work and communication with others
  • Degree in Project Management is a plus
