Regional Sales Manager

As a Territory Manager, you will understand what it takes to win the sale from new clients also understand that current clients need to be nurtured and are often the best source for growth. Responsibilities:

  • To provide account management to clients through developing positive relationships, a strong commitment to complete client satisfaction and enthusiastic professional service.
  • The individual should have experience selling a service, preferably in the transportation or construction industry.
  • The successful candidate will develop a new book of business and be expected to build long term relationships with these accounts.
  • Selling based on annually established criteria; you will prospect clients who successfully satisfy the company’s business profile.

The compensation package is above average and includes a car allowance, cellular, laptop, expenses and commissions

Qualifications:

  • Be a self starter, autonomous, disciplined, responsive and well-versed in progressive business development strategies.
  • You will be personable, have a demonstrated ability to build and maintain rapport with clients and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Diligence, follow-through, presence, consistency, persistence, creative problem solving skills, enthusiastic, outgoing, enjoys dealing with people and creative thinking are attributes we are looking for.
  • You should have strong time management and computer skills and be proficient with sophisticated CRM system.
  • A minimum of 5 years of successful solution sales experience, strong communication, relationship building and negotiating skills and some experience working within a supply chain environment will round out your profile.
