Sr. Project Mgr – Detention

Seeking an exceptional Project Manager with proved performance managing large Prison/Detention projects. The ideal candidate should have successfully managed projects from the preconstruction stage through closeout.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in the development of a Project Chart of Accounts
• Develop detailed Project Contract status reports
• Coordinate the development of a project site logistics plan
• Assist Estimating in bidding projects
• Oversee the pay request process
• Monitor project costs and Job Cost Report; Analyze and forecast quarterly Total Cost Projection reports
• Monitor project labor
• Review and approve material, forming system and equipment needs
• Develop, schedule and lead project close-out processes
• Implement applicable safety, EEO and Affirmative Action programs
• Lead the project’s quality process
• Implement and monitor training of all staff personnel

Salary based on experience.

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or Engineering
• 7+ Years of Experience
• Must have general knowledge of construction principles/practices
• Experience dealing with subcontracts, subcontractors and/or self-perform work
• Experience leading a successful project team, including development of employee and maintaining relationships with external entities
