Job Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Proven ability to drive traffic, secure contracts and follow up with customers in an excellent manner is a must.
  • Maintain knowledge of products, sell homes and secure contracts.
  • Associate must consistently follow-up on prospective customers, input customer information, maintain the sales database, present products to consumers and shop area competition.
  • Interact with management and construction teams.

Experience & Requirements include:

  • 2+ years experience in New Home Sales with a New Home Builder highly preferred
  • Candidate must be a self-motivated, goal oriented sales person.
  • Good computer and communication skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evening, weekend and holiday hours required. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
  • This individual must be committed to maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity in all dealings.
  • A proven track record of success in building effective relationships, establishing rapport and practicing attentive listening is a must.
  • Candidate must proactively face challenges and handle all situations with perseverance and patience.
  • Being committed to providing customers with excellent services and products is required.
  • The capacity for creating focus and exceeding goals successfully are necessities for this position.

This is primarily an active position, involving office/phone work and walking in all weather conditions to homesites in the community. Must have a valid state driver’s license in order to take customers throughout the neighborhood and community, visit realtor offices, and to various other meetings in the process of self-generating sales. Finger dexterity is required to operate computer keyboard and telephone equipment. Must be able to lift and carry supplies and materials up to 25 pounds.
